摘要:

摘 要 足细胞表达瞬时受体电位通道6(TRPC6),TRPC家族是一类能通透钙离子的非选择性阳离子通道,近年来一些研究发现TRPC6参与血管紧张素II (Ang II)诱导足细胞损伤的病理生理过程。本文就近年来国内外TRPC6一般特性及参与Ang II诱导足细胞损伤的信号传导机制予以阐述。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Podocytes express canonical transient receptor potential-6 (TRPC6 ), which is a nonselective, Ca(2+)-permeable, cationic channel. Increasing evidence indicates that TRPC6 is involved in AII-induced podocyte injury through pathological calcium signaling in glomerular pathophysiology. This study summarizes the properties of TRPC6 and the signal transmission mechanisms of TRPC6-mediated and AII -induced podocyte injury.
