摘要：

摘要中年男性患者，临床表现为反复蛋白尿6年，近期出现不明原因溶血性贫血、急性肾功能不全、血小板减少、乳酸脱氢酶升高、红细胞碎片阳性，肾活检表现为顶部型局灶节段性肾小球硬化伴局限性TMA，临床病理相结合诊断为局灶节段性肾小球硬化合并溶血尿毒综合征。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT A 59-year-old man with proteinuria for 6 years，and thrombocytopeni, hemolytic anemia, acute renal failure and thrombocytopenia for 2 weeks, was admitted our hospital. Renal biopsy was performed. The histological examination showed focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and local thrombotic microangiopathy by light microscope. The final diagnosis was focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and hemolytic uremic syndrome.
