摘要:
蛋白尿是影响全球几百万人的主要卫生保健问题。蛋白尿是肾脏疾病的主要指标和预后标记物,也是心血管疾病患病率和死亡率的独立风险因素。微量白蛋白尿是糖尿病,肥胖和代谢综合征肾脏并发症的最早期指标。在慢性肾脏病的疾病发展过程中10%~50%的患者可进展至显性蛋白尿,最终发生终末期肾功能衰竭,需要透析或移植治疗。因此,减少或阻止蛋白尿的发生是非常有意义的。

Abstract:
Proteinuria is a major health issue that influences millions of people around. Proteinuria is the main indicator and prognostic marker of kidney disease, and also an independent risk factor for the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease. Microalbuminuria is the earliest indicator of renal complications in patients with diabetes, obesity, and the metabolic syndrome. In the development of chronic kidney disease, about 10% -50% of patients can progress to overt proteinuria, eventually develop to ESRD and require dialysis or transplantation. Therefore, to reduce or prevent the occurrence of proteinuria is very important.
