摘要： 慢性肾脏病患者由于肾功能受损，导致蛋白结合毒素（proteinbound uremic toxins，PBUTs）潴留。PBUTs积蓄会对机体造成诸多危害。PBUTs的蛋白结合率较高，游离部分较低，常规血液透析难以清除，因此如何清除PBUTs是近来血液净化研究的热点，本文就血液净化清除PBUTs的研究进展作一简述。

Abstract: Due to impaired renal function,patients with chronic kidney disease retain large amounts of protein bound uremic toxins(PBUTs).The accumulation of PBUTs will cause a lot of harm to the body.At the same time,the high protein binding rate of PBUTs makes its free part low,the removal rate of conventional hemodialysis is very low,so the removal of PBUTs is one of the research hotspot in blood purification.This article reviews the removal of PBUTs in blood purification.
