摘要：
近年来，越来越多的研究证实细胞外囊泡（EVs）在免疫调控中发挥重要作用并且与自身免疫性疾病的发病机制密切相关。对于EVs的免疫调控相关机制的深入了解，有望为疾病预测及药物治疗提供有效靶点。本文将对EVs在免疫调控及自身免疫性疾病中的作用进行综述。

Abstract:
Recently, emerging evidences showed that extracellular vesicles （EVs） plays a vital role in immune regulation and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. A deep understanding of the biological characteristics and the molecular mechanism of EVs may provide effective targets for disease prediction and treatment. In this review, we focused on the biological characteristics of EVs and its role in immune regulation as well as autoimmune diseases.
