摘要:

细胞外囊泡(EVs),是一类由细胞分泌的双层脂质膜结构的微小囊泡。近年来研究发现EVs在细胞间信息间通信中扮演十分重要的角色。这些囊泡包裹了mRNA、microRNA等小RNA、质粒DNA、酶和神经递质等,并且通过其表面相关受体和特定细胞间黏附分子,特异性识别靶细胞、进行信号转导,继而参与靶细胞的功能调控。

Abstract:

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are cellderived lipid bilayer membrane vesicles. As increasingly exemplified in the literature, distant cells can exchange information by sending out signals, via EVs stuffed with a selection of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, such as mRNA, microRNA and plasmid DNA. EVs also target recipient cells by bearing specific intercellular adherent molecules. Up taking EVs leads to modification of cell function and extracellular matrix. This review covers some of the most striking functions described for EVs in intercellular communication but also presents the limitations on our knowledge of their physiological roles.
