Abstract:

Lipoprotein apheresis is a kind of blood purification methods,which remove lipoprotein in the blood by the way of extracorporeal blood circulation.The important role of lipid metabolism disorders in cardiovascular disease (CVD) has been confirmed,and the importance of lipid modulation therapy (LMT) has received more attention. LA as an alternative treatment for some patients with poor efficacy for traditional therapy,treatment resistance or treatment intolerance,which is widely used in clinical practiceThis article will review the latest progress of the clinical application of LA.
