Abstract:
ABSTRACT kidney allograft ischemia-reperfusion injury (ischemic reperfusion injury, IRI) is an inevitable process, not only affects early graft function recovery, but also affects long-term graft function and survival. Up to now, there is still a lack of effective prevention and treatment strategies for reducing ischemia/reperfusion injury. Remote ischemic preconditioning can improve resistance of renal ischemia / reperfusion injury by endogenous protective mechanisms. It is expected to become the novel treatment strategies.
Key words: ischemic reperfusion injury, renal transplatation, remote ischemic preconditioning
