Abstract:

ABSTRACT Proteomics is a hot and frontier area of life science in post-genomic era. The application of proteomics to the study of human disease is useful to reveal the essence of disease from the level of protein, explore its pathophysiological mechanisms comprehensively, find diagnostic and prognostic biomarker, and discovery therapeutic target. In recent years, proteomics has been widely used in the field of cancer, cardiovascular and kidney disease.
