Abstract:

ABSTRACT  We reported a patient of severe systemic lupus erythematosus, had thrombocytopenia with bronchohemorrhage, lupus nephritis with thrombotic microangiopathies, acute pancreatitis, and craniocerebral ring-enhancing lesion found by MRI. The activity of lupus and the function of organs was improved with therapy, while the craniocerebral lesion was aggravated, then brain biopsy was performed to diagnose craniocerebral aspergillosis, surgical excision followed by antifungal therapy were given and the patient had a good outcome.
