Successful pregnancy and delivery in a peritoneal dialysis patient

Abstract: A 26-year-old young woman was admitted to the hospital with "peritoneal dialysis(PD) for more than 5 years and 26+weeks of menolipsis". After continuously adjusting the dialysis prescription, improving anemia, controlling hypertension, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, a premature baby was delivered by cesarean section at 30+weeks of pregnancy. Currently, the mother and baby are in good condition. This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of this case, in order to provide reference for the management of pregnancy in dialysis patients.
