Abstract:

Recently, emerging evidences showed that extracellular vesicles （EVs） plays a vital role in immune regulation and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. A deep understanding of the biological characteristics and the molecular mechanism of EVs may provide effective targets for disease prediction and treatment. In this review, we focused on the biological characteristics of EVs and its role in immune regulation as well as autoimmune diseases.
