Abstract: Monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance (MGRS) is different from monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS). Nephrotoxic monoclonal immunoglobulins produced by MGRS cause irreversible damage to human organs, especially kidneys. There is a high recurrence rate in MGRS patients after renal transplantation. Therefore, early identification of MGRS and treatments targeting malignant proliferative foci (B cell/plasma cell) are of great significance for saving organ function and improving prognosis.
