Abstract: Objective:To explore effect of hemolysis on quantitative detection of cryoglobulin.Methodology:From November,2019 to December,2019,20 patients were involved in this study. Blood sample was collected intravenously and divided into two copies. One sample was artificially hemolyzed as an hemolytic sample, the other was used as a control sample to quantitatively detect cryoglobulins in two types of samples. The results of two types of samples were compared. Results:The median cryoglobulin of hemolysis group was 24663 mg/L,and the median cryoglobulin of control group was 8583 mg/L.The results of cryoglobulin quantitative detection in  observed samples were significantly higher than those in  control samples (P<001).There was a moderate correlation between the difference and cryoglobulin values of  control group (R=056,P=001).Conclusion:Hemolysis of blood sample can lead to the increase of cryoglobulin quantitative detection results. There was a certain correlation between the cryoglobulin content and the elevation degree. In order to ensure the accuracy of test results,we should prevent hemolysis of blood sample according to operating instructions.
