Abstract:

Allograft inflammatory factor 1（AIF1)is a highly conservative inflammation scaffold protein cloned from chronic rejection of cardiac grafts.By adjusting the cytokines,chemokines and inducible nitric oxide synthase expression of inflammatory mediators involved in inflammation,it is considered to be a macrophage activation marker. AIF1 has a wide range of biological characteristics,and plays an important role in occurrence and development of transplant rejection,autoimmune diseases,tumor,vasculopathy,reproductive system diseases and central nervous diseases.
