Abstract:

Drugs and toxins can cause various types of kidney diseases including glomerular diseases. It is critical to identify the culprit drugs and toxins as early as possible for proper treatment and maximizing renal function recovery. Drug induced glomerular diseases are not as well established as renal tubulointerstitial injury, but are started to be noticed by some groups and organizations. This review is going to discuss the clinical features, pathogenesis，treatment and prognosis, for clinicians early recognize and proper management of drug induced glomerular diseases.
