Abstract: The patient was a 45yearold male,who was admitted to the hospital for "more than 3 years after allogeneic kidney transplantation, fever for 10 days”. The clinical manifestations were fever with chills and slight cough. Chest CT showed the right lower lung nodule with cavity formation. Blood sample was sent to the secondgeneration sequencing for testing, and the result suggested Talaromyces marneffei. After intravenous infusion of amphotericin B and oral administration of voriconazole, he was fully recoverd.
