Abstract: Acute kidney injury(AKI) is a common complication of severe trauma, renal damage in the vast majority of cases occurred at the time of trauma or within a few days after injury, and was independently associated with prolonged hospital stay and increased mortality. Among its pathogenesis are hemorrhagic shock, traumatic inflammation, rhabdomyolysis, abdominal hypertension, direct renal injury, etc. In this reviews, we summarize recent advances in traumaassociated AKI.
