Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect and prognosis of multiple renal transplantation patients.
Methodology:Clinical data of 32 cases of renal retransplantation in Xijing Hospital of FMMU from January 2005 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.
Results:Among the 32 patients,29 cases received secondary renal transplantation, including 1 case of hyperacute rejection,1 case of primary renal allograft failure,11 cases of sensitized patients. Among them,3 cases of highly sensitized patients underwent combined splenic fossa auxiliary heterotopic liver transplantation,2 cases recovered well,1 case of graft dysfunction,26 cases of secondary kidney transplantation had good prognosis. The prognosis was good in 3 patients who received the third time  renal transplantation. One of them was highly sensitized and the other was living related kidney transplantation with HLA 0 mismatch.
Conclusion:Retransplantation is still the main treatment for patients with renal allograft dysfunction, and a good prognosis can be obtained under the premise of comprehensive evaluation of the disease condition and formulation of reasonable treatment plan.
