Abstract: Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis （AAV） is a multisystem autoimmune disease with a high mortality and risk of progresses to end-stage kidney disease（ESKD）. In addition to glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants， extracorporeal blood purification techniques have become essential adjuncts for the treatment of AAV， including plasma exchange， double-filtration plasmapheresis and immunoadsorption. In this study， the progress of antibody scavenging blood purification technology in the treatment of AAV and the changes of guidelines were systematically reviewed， so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
