Abstract:

Abstract： Ubiquitin-52 amino acid fusion protein （UbA52） is found in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy has important biological indicators. UbA52 is translated and expressed by UbA52 gene which participate in oxidative stress and the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP). So UbA52 participate in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. With experiments show that UbA52 gene expression and the glucose levels in vivo were positively correlated. The UbA52 confined to the renal tubules. The level of urine UbA52 directly and closely related to diabetic nephropathy.
UbA52 can be used as an index of early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy And this area based on the technology of urinary proteomics is rapid development .
