Abstract:
ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the correlation between the whole blood cyclosporine A (CsA) concentrations by HPLC and TDx.Methodology: A total of ninety two samples from renal allograft recipients were determined by HPLC and TDx assay.Regression analyses were performed (HPLC results as dependant.TDx as independant variable) for the evaluation of correlation. Results : TDx results were higher (25.4%) than those from HPLC.There existed good correlation with least-squares equation Y=0.826X+8.318 (n=92,r=0.967).Conclusion: There were significant differences in determination result of CsA between HPLC system and TDx。
