Recurrent Proliferative Glomerulonephritis with Monoclonal IgG in renal transplantation

Abstract:

ABSTRACT  A 41-year-old man, who presented with nephrotic syndrome, received renal biopsy six years ago, and making diagnosis of proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal IgG deposit, developed into ESRD and received renal allograft with normal function 2 years. Recently, his proteinuria emerged ago with the increase of serum creatinine. The allograft biopsy showed recurrent proliferative glomerulonephritis.
