Abstract:
A 63-year-old woman was bitten by agkistrodon on her left foot, then the laboratory examination showed elevation of serum liver enzymes, muscle enzymes, and creatinine progressively increased. Renal biopsy showed acute tubular necrosis and myoglobin casts. The final diagnosis was multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, rhabdomyolysis and acute tubular necrosis.
