Abstract:

Abstract: ANCA-associated vasculitis is one of the most important reason for secondary renal injury, which has considerable morbidity and mortality and difficulty in treatment and easy to relapse because of its unclear pathogenicity. Anti–LAMP-2 Autoantibody is a new Anti-neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody. The relationship between AASV and Anti–LAMP-2 Autoantibody has become the focus of intense clinical interest at present. The further research in bacterial infection、molecular mimicry between hLAMP-2 and the bacterial protein FimH and Clinical and experimental studies in spite of the different results, pathogenesis mechanisms in patient with ANCA-associated vasculitis will be more understood. Anti–LAMP-2 Autoantibody probably will be a new biomarker for diagnosis and monitor in disease activity, and provide the basis in tailoring immunosuppression of the individual patient. In this article, the advances in Anti–LAMP-2 Autoantibodies and ANCA-Associated Pauci-immun glomerulonephritis are reviewed.
