【Abstract】Objective:To analysis the health examination results, especially for renal function in the elder people exceed 65 years old, which helps to early determination, early diagnosis and early treatment of chronic kidney disease, and also helps to institution the national health policy. Methodology: One thousand and six resident people exceed 65 years old in Changni community were enrolled in this study. Their health examination results were , statistically analyzed, especially for their renal function. Results: A total of 1206 resident people had integrated data, the prevalence of hypertension was 65.9%, the realization rate of hypertension people was 83.3%. The unsuccessful controlling rate of fasting blood glucose was 55.5%. The blood fat obviously elevated in aged people. In the four index of blood fat, the cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein elevated obviously, the rates were 45.4% and 29.6% respectively. The rate of body mass index (BMI) larger than 25 was 45.3%. In the index of renal function, uric acid elevated markedly, the rate was 24.4%, the rate of renal function descend was 9.2%, which was markedly higher than that in common people. The multifactor logistic regression analysis suggested that hyperuricemia, anemia, urine protein and hypertension were risk factors to the decrease ofrenal function in the older people exceed 65 years old. Conclusion: The impaired renal function rate in the older people exceed 65 years old was 9.2%. Related risk factors included hyperuricemia, anemia, urine protein and hypertension. An obvious difference was found in urine protein and serum creatinine of aged people, so the serum urea and creatinine must be tested for the evaluation of their renal function. The missed diagnosis rate of indicator paper method was high, so a test of microalbuminuria should be necessary.
