Abstract:

ABSTRACT  A young male patient was admitted for hormone sensitive frequently relapsing nephrotic syndrome, with each recurrence, the patient got abdominal distension, abdominal pain and hemafecia. These digestive symptoms were improved quickly with expectant treatment and the remission of the renal disease. The patient was finally diagnosed as “IgA nephropathy (minimal change type) and ischemic bowel disease”.
