Abstract:

Abstract: Arrestin family has recently drawn much attention in signal transduction research, including RAS （renin-angiotensin-systerm）signaling. It has been found that there are two independent signal pathways following the activation of angiotensinⅡreceptor type 1 (AGT1R) by angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ)：G-protein signal pathway and β-arrestin signal pathway. This review article summarizes the role of β-arrestin in Ang Ⅱsignal pathway, particularly focusing on β-arrestin signal pathway.
