Abstract:
ABSTRACT ANCA-associated vasculitis is a group of necrotizing small vessel vasculitis mediated by ANCA that typically has a paucity deposition of immunoglobulin and complement at vascular area and glomeruli. The pathogenesis is still not very clear, it may be associated with heredity, environments, infection and drugs. This article will focus on the progression of molecular mechanism in recent year in four aspects, which are the production of ANCA, activation of neutrophils, injury of endothelial cells and the role of lymphocytes.
