Abstract: Treatment for vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease was based on the correction of deterioration in mineral homeostasis and abnormalities in circulating levels of hormones. There has not been the accepted medications by far. Advance in this field was mainly showed by summarizing and evaluating medication related with the treatment of vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease. Curative effect of some new drugs for vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease is promising as their phase 2 or 3 clinical trails studies were published.
