Abstract:

ABSTRACT  A 68-year-old man was admitted for nephrotic syndrome. His serum free light chain ratio was abnormal, and immunofixation electrophoresis test was positive. His renal biopsy revealed amylodiosis with C3 deposition, renal interstitial infiltrating lymphocytes that were positive of CD20. Bone marrow puncture and biopsy revealed abnormal B-cell lymphoproliferation. The final diagnosis for the case was B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL), renal amyloidosis with C3 glomerulopathy.
