Abstract:

Abstract Progression of chronic kidney disease(CKD) is associated with the patient's age, race, sex, cause of kidney disease, baseline renal function, acute kidney injury and other factors, many patients with CKD have a nonlinear eGFR trajectory. Rapid decline in kidney function in the short-term may affect the disease progression. Renal function trajectory is more important than CKD stage for managing patients with CKD.
