Abstract:

ABSTRACT     Lupus podocytopathy is characterized by nephrotic syndrome and diffuse foot process effacement of podocyte with or without mesangial immune deposits but in the absence of subendothelial or subepithelial immune complex deposits in SLE patients. In this review, we will discuss recent progress on the clinical-pathlogical features and mechanisms of the lupus podocytopathy.
