Abstract: A 54yearold man presented with chronic recurrent urticaria.Laboratory tests showed heavy proteinuria,microscopic hematuria with decreased C3,C4 and C1q.ANA and antiC1q antibody were positive.Renal biopsy revealed membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis.The final diagnosis was hypocomplementemic urticarial vasculitis syndrome.
