Abstract: Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ：To explore the relationship between  dialysis adequacy measured by Adimea system and spKt/V by caculation.Ｍｅｔｈｏｄｏｌｏｇｙ：spKt/V values by Adimea and by calculation from 167 maintenance hemodialysis patients were measured.The correlation between them was analyzed by correlation assay.And  clinical factors which affect  values of spKt/V by Adimea were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Ｒｅｓｕｌｔｓ：spKt/V value by Adimea and by calculation was (147±027) and (147±026),respectively,and the correlation coefficient was 0697 (P<0001).Dry body weight,prealbumin,urea predialysis,growth rate of body weight and uric acid were independent factors of spKt/V by Adimea.According to whether spKt/V by Adimea was more than 12,the patients were divided into two groups.The gender,urea reduction ratio,dry body weight,predialysis body weight were significantly different between the two groups.Ｃｏｎｃｌｕｓｉｏｎ：spKt/V by Adimea is significantly related with that by calculation,which is affected by dry body weight,prealbumin,urea predialysis,growth rate of body weight and uric acid.Adimea system can be used as a reliable indicator of  dialysis adequacy.
