Abstract:

As a complex protein in the cytoplasm,inflammasome is considered as a regulators of various autoimmune diseases.It can induce cell activation,mediate the release of cytokines and inflammatory mediators,to cause inflammation.The inflammasome plays an important role in the innate immune system.Recent studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammasome plays a vital role in the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease and  acute kidney disease.In this review,we introduce the relationship inflammasome and kidney disease in recent study,and provide new therapeutic idea for the treatment of various kidney diseases with NLRP3 as a target.
