Abstract:

Uremic pruritus (UP) is one of the most common complications of dialysis patients. Adverse events that seriously affect the quality of life of patients are easily underestimated by clinicians. The treatment mainly includes: local topical drugs, dialysis mode change, acupuncture, systematic drug treatment and renal transplantation, but because its mechanism is not entirely clear, so there is no universal and effective drug to treat. This review is base on the hypothesis of partial mechanism, to introduce drug treatment of UP.
