Abstract:

As an important supplement of noninvasive examination before kidney transplantation, timezero renal biopsy (TORBX) could be found the latent abnormal lesions of living donor kidneys. These pathological changes are significantly related with the age of the donors and affect the postoperative renal function of the donors and recipients obviously. TORBX can improve the diagnosis accuracy of postoperative complications and efficacy of postoperative immunosuppressive therapy combined with protocol biopsy.
